Hi Larry (great name too!) I'm keeping my fingers crossed too as I will lead hosting three separate groups to Oberammergau and the Passion Play this summer. I've been to the play before and it is spectacular. The cast is currently starting rehearsals.
Thanks Troy. I am seeing reports that Europe will likely reopen sometime this summer. I think negative covid test results will be required, perhaps even vaccination. We'll see and I will keep you posted.
One of the criticisms I've read about river cruising is the fact that they do most of their cruising at night which means that you miss a lot of scenery along the way. I wonder if there's a way to find out how much time a particular cruise will spend cruising during the day vs the night.
Hi Karl, you raise a fair and commonly asked question. In my experience (and I've been blessed to have river cruised many times) there has been a fair balance between nighttime and daytime cruising.
