Nothing better to practice, than a good theory

I am expecting to purchase Rhino soon, but if I buy Rhino 7 now and Rhino 8 comes out immediately after, that means I will have to purchase an upgrade license almost immediately, correct?

Can you advise me, I am still a beginner in using rhino, and I want to learn rhino, but in architectural modeling, are there educational courses or playlists that I can follow?

When do you expect the release date of LINO 8?
