They always show how to narrow the bridge. I want to narrow the base of the nose and make it straight. Can be the bones of the nose narrowed at the base, where the nose meets the cheeks. Now it's curvy. Is this possible at all?

Vanya Staleva The actual bone doesn't go all the way to the nostrils. The narrowing of the nostrils is called an alarplasty and it's basically just cutting and resewing the nostril tissue

Tanong lang po.. Hindi po ba kapag nagpapa- nose lifting or rhinoplasty surgery ("nose job" as what they call it) ang isang tao medyo may disadvantage daw kagaya po ng: hindi na raw magagawa ang "piggy nose" style (scrunching the tip of the nose upwards using a finger, say pointy finger - to form a pig's nose form) somewhat like that po?..

I had a large tall nose but my nose got bigger and taller after the rhinoplasty. The surgeon didn't want to show me how the result will look in simulation before.

If you are unhappy with your rhinoplasty result you can have revision rhinoplasty which will hopefully improve the result

Dude my nose bridge is basically non-existent. I don’t know of any other race than Koreans where this situation is present. Only Koreans like me suffer from this. Other than looking like shit from the side, this also has functionally detrimental effects. I need glasses because contacts hurt my eyes, but because eyes protrude past where my nose bridge should be they slide right off. There are custom made glasses for this but they are expensive and I would rather get my face fixed than buy a new pair of custom glasses for my fucked nose
