Your deviated septum might not be the problem with your breathing. A lot of people have the deviated septum but their breathing issues are caused by something else. Be careful----don't make the mistake I made and let a doctor talk you into a surgery that you didn't even need.
I have had this surgery and it was the best decision I ever made. I have severe sleep apnea and my Dr. suggested it. I heard so many horror stories so I was skeptical, but went along with his suggestion. I was never able to breathe out of my nose until after the surgery. Of course there was a few weeks of healing and it is a pretty major surgery, but would suggest to anyone. It did not cure my sleep apnea but improved it drastically. I am so impressed with how I now can breathe through my nose so easily.
Omg so before she said anything I saw her nose and shouted “ she has my same nose!” Then she said she was Jewish too! As someone who never grew up around other Jewish people it’s always a really great feeling seeing my same features on others so I’m not the odd one out 🙂 Her nose is gorgeous before but as long as she’s happy that’s what matters 💜 Thanks for sharing!
Dr. Dhir I have the same case with Orit; while watching the video and removing the cast, I am nervous and excited with the outcome as if I am the patient! Yes, it's a deviated septum and grade 1 polyp, according to the EENT doctor I consulted. Now, I can go to sleep and dream of this surgery being done in my face.
Dr. Dhir I absolutely love you!!!!! If only I had you do my rhinoplasty I know I would not have wasted my money and taken a hit on my self esteem let alone still need to have it fixed.
She looked just as fine without the surgery. Different, but just as fine. But if it made her happy, then it's ok. The deviated septum thing is a real bummer to have though, and the reason why i found this video. People always seem to get very happy when they get that surgery, and i think i'm going to have my septum reduced next year. Interesting video nonetheless! :)
I wanna see him do a rhinoplasty on a person of African descent, because a little nose would looks weird on me in my opinion. I want to correct a deviation too. But want to still keep my African nose.
my heart fluttered when she said 'to my wife' because thats the cutest? thing?? ever??? also i love this doctor and the connection with the patients! i aspire to be a cosmetic surgeon in the future and this is my inspiration
I can tell u. I got my rhinoplasty & a tonsillectomy together. And I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat. Great to see she loved her nose. Great results
I want this, got my septum desviated due to an accident when I was a kid, Im worried that the surgery might change my face too much, but This woman face had no change from the front, she is still her but with a better breathing and nose projection. Hope fully I will get this surgery with the request of making it natural.
I had surgery for a deviated septum and and a turbinate reduction and it did nothing for me it sucks I love seeing her happy with her outcome! Wish all the stuff going through the surgery was worth it like this I definitely am not doing another surgery!
Hey! What the heck! I have a scooped look! Kids in school called my nose a ski slope! But everyone has been convincing me it was fine! Shoot! I KNEW the kids were right! There goes all my confidence out the window!
Your work is amazing. I am 3 weeks post op and someone hit my nose by accident. It was extremely painful and iced it immediately. I called my surgeon and I am scheduled to see him next week. I am very worried this person may have bruised my nose and set my healing back. Does anybody have any tips?
Excellent job Dr. Dhir 😍😍😍 one of the finest surgeries i have seen ☺☺ n the result is awesome . He is so good at explaining the procedure n comes to the level of patient he must be very successful doctor 👍👍 best of luck dr. Dhir from a fellow doctor.
An ENT said I have a very severe deviated septum. Which explains why I stop breathing and wake up multiple times a night. I also get frequent nose bleeds and can't really breathe in from my nose in general. I want surgery but I'm afraid to go under anasthesia due to an incident I had when I was a child. I was at a friends place recently and slept over and they said they're scared for my health due to the very loud snoring and my pauses in breathing. Not even really sure the surgery would fix it...
Hoping to one day afford this. Had my nose broken twice playing sports as a child and wanting to play sports little did i know it would affect my life so much as a adult. Hope anyone else who needs this gets it 💙😇
I have a super crooked nose my face are not the same on the both sides of my face, I need a surgery because I can't breath properly but I don't have the money to go on a surgery😞. Sadlife
hello dr. dhir my name is pranav .from india. i have a nose skin problem.on my nose acne scar bump are raised. Some say it's called sebaceous hyperplasia.but i stay in india .i could not afford this treatment .but plz any home treatment or cream you tell me
I need a nose surgery. I can't breathe out of my nose. I've been stretching my cheeks just to breathe, which I Know is going to cause massive wrinkles. I've been sticking straws up my nose, using chopsticks to try to stretch it out from the inside. It's so FRUSTRATING! I've never been a mouth breather. Every so often I have to open my mouth and take deep breaths like I've been swimming and coming up for air. This can't be good.
