On my third deployment of the awning at the beach the same thing happened to me, except three of the connectors! Thanks for the video. I have six more coming because I can bet it will happen again!!! Cheers
Mine has broken twice now and the replacement parts are back-ordered through September. I finally gave up on it and ordered the new 23Zero Peregrine 270. Can't wait to get it next week and move on with a reliable awning.
