Every episode of RHLSTP? For free!? What?: www.comedy.co.u... Richard Herring's Live Stand-Up DVDs? Who!?: www.gofasterstr... ? Stewart Lee? Which!?!?: www.stewartlee.... "You know what you want, don't you?"
You can see why they've been able to work and create with each other as long as they have. Extremely natural connection which results in a great listening. Also interesting to hear how Stewart Lee differentiates between himself and his stage presence in the same way as Johnny Vegas does. Both fantastic in their own right.
@50:48 Richard states that he thinks Russell Howard is fantastic . . . Aaahhh mate. . maaaaate . . no.. no.. mate . . maaaate. . aaaawww mate, no .. no. Maaaate
Will someone release the Glam Metal Detectives commercially please? Or bootleg it? Please and thank you. This is such a compelling show. The graduate level course for which the WTF interview might serve as an introduction. So happy with this. Thank you Herring and Lee.
Jason Spiro Well guys, "nice" was part of the hippie cognoscenti zeitgeist here in the US mid-nineties, but the idea of sui generis is heartening as usual.
Lee and Herring, and Mayall and Edmondson, see you in NYC c. 2025-2030? Sure you'd have to split the money--or arrange some slightly uneven split--but think of the purpose you'd serve or the enduring cultural value you'd impart.
Jason Ive been wanting to know the name of a 90's tv show for years and I think this is it!!!Thank you so much for this comment man. Wiki suggests KYTV also, so one of them is bound to be the channel surfing show I vaguely remember. Thanks again man, you've made my day
1:01:00 very true. Like Monty Python and the Holy Grail is a spoof of Camelot the musical. But the thing is no one under 60 has ever seen Camelot the musical so half the jokes are about something no one has heard of.
@@nifralo2752 I just thought it was sending up the genre in general. Similar to Airplane!, which was pretty much a remake of the straight movie Zero Hour!, even though most of the audience didn't realise at the time
