I just watched a man burn ice cream with a red hot ball of nickel. Still love the pop sound when you turn the torch off. It's how you know you're watching authentic RHNB content and not that off-brand Pink Warm Tungsten Cube junk.
The sugar got burned and the leftover was probably carbon, the same thing you get after burning logs. But wth is a freeze-dried ice cream? How do you eat that?
Seriously though? I can't help but think it would either smell horrid or maybe if he's lucky and the sugar carmellized it smells like that. But burning milk fats? Can't smell good.
We need something more volatile.. Like the honey. And covering it with the plastic container that then melted and smoked everywhere. Now that was entertaining!!
