Following Rhodar's recent contract award , works are now well underway with the pre-construction enabling phase of the prestigious Globe Road Scheme in Leeds.
Our works will address legacy land-use constraints associated with the former steelworks prior to construction of eight buildings (up to 23 storeys), parks & public greenspaces.
Our aerial footage shows various elements of our enabling works being undertaken, including archaeological excavation of former furnace bases, bulk earth works, materials processing and ground engineering & the proximity to the main-line assets into Leeds Station.
