Rhodar has been selected as Principal Contractor for the pre-construction enabling works phase of the prestigious Globe Road Development Scheme in Leeds.
The proposed development, comprising 783 apartments and commercial floor space, across 8 new multi-storey buildings, interspersed with parks and public greenspaces is set to create a new neighbourhood in the South Bank area of the city.
The 16-week enabling works programme, due to commence in June, is designed to mitigate legacy land-use constraints associated with the former use of the site as a steelworks.
