ABOUT RHONY:
This season on The Real Housewives of New York City, Bethenny is healthy and happy, and the little pieces of her life are coming back together now that she is finally divorced-but a feud with Ramona threatens her peace. Meanwhile, age is nothing but a number as Ramona celebrates her birthday looking better than ever. She’s dating and teaching the other ladies how to pick up men. After taking some heat for living in Bethenny’s shadow, Carole makes a strong effort to build her relationship with the other women, leading to some surprising connections. Tension between Dorinda and Sonja is at an all-time high, with Sonja making accusations about Dorinda’s personal life. Dorinda may forgive, but she never forgets. Sonja is caught in a love triangle and must decide whether to go with the man who moves her heart or the man who moves her other parts. And new housewife Tinsley Mortimer, still reeling from a shocking run-in with the law, returns to the Big Apple, where it all began for her. Tinsley's ready to start her next chapter, but will the girl who once had it all get it all back again?

LOL. I wouldn't even have noticed her if not for her sorry attempts at vocal fry, which I find really annoying. If she wasn't staying at Sonya's, she wouldn't get any airtime. I'd rather they bring back one of those downtown girls like Kelly, Meghan, heck, I'd even take Cindy over her! Or that awkward Brooklyn girl who thought she was in a Eugene O Neill play all the time.

Dorinda is kind of hypocritical. She is surprised Bethenny is doing an about-face? She's doing an about-face. She went from telling other people to respect LuAnn's engagement/marriage and disbelieving that Tom was really screwing around because "logistically it didn't make sense" to now throwing LuAnn under the bus and admitting they were both screwing around? Really, Dorina? And you're the one who was actually invited to/in the wedding?

Wow, it took Ramona saying "None of us are married" to make me realize that yeah.....NONE of the ladies on the current cast are married. Dorinda is a widow, Sonja is a divorcee, Ramona is a divorcee, Carole is a widow, Bethenny is a double divorcee, LuAnn is now a double divorcee, and Tinsley is single with a boyfriend. Why do they even bother calling them "real housewives"? Change the name to something like "NY Divorcees" or "NY Cougars" or something lol

Because the word housewives is used as a broad term to describe a woman who doesn’t have the typical 9-5 job/doesn’t really work but still able to maintain a fabulous rich life. Tinsley is also a divorce by the way. 😜

Carole's a widow, not a divorcee. And Bethenny's a double divorcee as well. And I agree with you, this show has changed so much. It used to be alot about the husbands and kids as well and how the families got on with each other. Now it's just the women going on boose trips and we hardly get to see their homelife at all.

Ramona and Sonja are so ENVIOUS of LuAnn's being married, and Ramona is projecting shit onto LuAnn.LuAnn said herself she feels LUCKY to be in a relationship, because the men these women would consider suitable, are generally not trying to have committed relationships with women their age, and they know it.A lot of affluent NYC White men dump their wives at middle-age, and trade her in for a younger model.Jackass Trump did it twice.

I LOVE Sheree and Kenya's homes.I'd much rather live in a MODERN HOUSE, than ANY NYC apartment, or Heaven forfend, a Grey Gardens-ass townhouse.Jill owes her wealth and status to BOBBY and HIS FAMILY'S BUSINESS.I agree that Ramona looks AMAZING.She is COMPLETELY MY AGING INSPO, and I'm Black.I LOVE her new, modern apartment, and that high ponytail was EVERYTHING.I admire Ramona's work ethic, and Bethenny is my IDOL-I LOVE HER! RHONY is my favorite franchise, and it's sad to see these women so forlorn over MEN at their ages.We Black women don't expect much, anyway, so when the shit goes left, we're not that disappointed.Kenya's marriage probably won't last;Black people can't have relationships- not with each other, anyway.

Black women don't have NEARLY as much to choose from, first of all. IN GENERAL, BLACK WOMEN ARE MUCH LESS TOLERANT OF BULLSHIT THAN WHITE WOMEN;EVERYONE KNOWS THIS.If shit goes wrong, there is not the descent into substance abuse, and a pedantic search for a man, that these women manifest.You don't see the URGENCY with the divorced Black women on RHOA, because we know we didn't have the best options at 25, nevermind 45 or 50.The idea of the "STRONG BLACK WOMAN" didn't come out of nowhere.
