It’s only graded inputs. Coin Toss and Charging Chicken don’t punish you for waiting an arbitrary amount of time for the first input, so they aren’t counted as inputs.

I don't see why releasing the button is counted as the input. If anything, Glee Club and Glee Club 2 should have ended when the A button was pressed again, not after it was released
