We may not be on the dance floor gurning our faces off as one anymore but we're all still feeling that same vibe all these years later when we hear a tune like this!
Hey mate, I can totally relate with you here and suffer from similar type shit as you describe. I'm glad that you enjoy and maybe find TC's helpful in some way or another.
For what it`s worth...deep breaths, memories of conversations with good friends, the feeling of the first moment that you realized that you loved someone...that`s what keeps my demons on the other side of the fence...if that doesn`t work for you though Bro then just know that you are in no way whatsoever alone out there...there are legions of us that feel the same way you do...you need someone, reach out here, i`ll get you if you need someone to...
Kinda off topic, but the worst shit nearly happened tonight! Spilled a full beer off of my mixing desk just before recording this and it landed right on my Transa collection below....😩 All I can say is thank fuck I put all my records in polythene sleeves, think they are safe other than smelling a bit beery 😆
That reminds me of a long passed DJ in our hometown - The poor critter was ancient in our teens and had a drink problem - many years after his passing a good friend was given his record collection by the DJs wife - It was funny but also sad for his collection still smelled of beer and cigarettes !! It was all the old stuff from late 70s early 80s !The vinyl was all perfect- smelly but perfect We had a big night to mark 10 years after his passing and just hearing all his old tunes again it was like he was still with us.
Ouch ouch ouch. It happened to me one time i walked out the bathroom my mate had spilled a good few glugs of buckfast tonic wine right over 1 box of records ,the thing that really got the damage was the sleeves 😮 stained purple at the bottom .I got over it but i never got over selling my 1210s 😮
I’m genuinely humbled and know how lucky I am to have danced to this in clubs, blasted it out of my car windows, just to have been there, epic times and (very few!) epic memories!
Lange still does some amazing tracks to this day but his legendary years were definitely 1998-2002. He had that particular sound in his tracks during that time that made him stand out in the trance scene. This one is a good example of that. 👌🏻🙌🏻
Sunset is about to happen…I’m in my garden chillin’ with my Jbl Partybox playing this tune….I feel blessed, some strange sensation runs through my veins, like when you are in love….LOVE FOREVER TRANCE!!!❤️
This track along with most of those appearing in Matt Darey's Pure Euphoria mix that year still hit me like a sledgehammer of emotion. @trance classics you're doing the lord's work.
@AttitudeSolentCharter as you say, there are so many. Lots come to mind. One that I'm thinking of right now is 'Let The Light Shine In', Darren Tate & Jono Grant. And, as you say, it's all personal taste. It's impossible for me to pick one over another.
@@AttitudeCharter Rachel McFarlane - For an Angel, that track brings back a truck load of memories, a club in Glasgow always went off when they dropped that, they had dancers that dropped down from the roof and done a routine, was like a circus act, the chicks that dropped down were all hot af too, place just went bonkers.
Sitting on the bus and that synth hook that comes in immediately after the first round of vocals would bring a tear to a glass eye, the memories this one alone ! It takes you back to more ideal times .👌👍
Was of my favourite since i listened to it the first time when i was probably 16 yo. Very thankful trance music is and will be part of my life. Unbelievable emotions!! Bless you all guys enjoy life the most you can!!!
Lost all respect for that woman after she stated that Kai Tracid is one of her inspirations and when Kai Tracid himself asked for a photo with her, she said she has no clue who he is. The poor man posted it on his social media, stating that he actually felt awkward. Sorry, just had the need to point this out, the fact that she's as fake as they get.
