Over 1800 aspiring musicians participated in workshops and masterclasses as part of The International Jazz Day Education program at the Sydney Opera House. Paul Cornish (piano), Emma Dayhuff (bass), Roni Eytan (harmonica) and Malachi Whitson (drums) from the Herbie Hancock Institute of Jazz Performance at UCLA lead an intensive workshop geared toward rhythm section players.
