Posni rižoto sa šampinjonima
Sastojci:
200 g pirinča
200 g šampinjona
1-2 praziluka/crna luka
malo ulja
1 kašičica soli
sušeni bosiljak, origano, kurkuma, beli luk - po izboru
Sitno iseckati praziluk i prodinstati na malo ulja. Kada postane staklast, dodati šampinjone i dinstati oko 5 minuta. Zatim dodati oprani pirinač i naliti dosta vode. Posoliti i dodati začine po ukusu. Kuvati oko 10-15 minuta, pa probati. Ukoliko je pirinač tvrd, treba dodati još vode i nastaviti kuvanje. Kada pirinač omekša i kad upije svu vodu - jelo je gotovo! Prijatno!

Ingredients:
200g of rice
200g of mushrooms
1-2 leeks/onions
some oil
1 tsp. of salt
dried basil, oregano, turmeric, garlic - optional
Finely chop the leek and sauté in a little oil. When it becomes translucent, add chopped mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes. Then, add the pre-washed rice and cover with water. Add salt and spices to taste. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, then taste the rice. If the rice is uncooked, add more water and continue cooking. When the rice softens and absorbs all the water - the dish is ready! Enjoy your most delicious vegan risotto!
