" pulled towards the Vatican", "citizen of the entire world" and comparisons to Idi Amin, Jean Bedel Bokassa, Hitler and Stalin. What does any of that have to do with Al Capone the 1920s-30s Italian American mafioso? It's very obviously about a political leader. And considering were the band is from, and the very well known and outspoken political views of the lead singer, Bora Dordevic, it's pretty obviously about Tito. The only other one that could fit the bill would be Milosevic, which Bora was also very outspoken about, but the song's from 1990,which would have been way too early to write this kind of song about Milosevic, and plus the part about the Vatican, it's very obviously alluding at the political leader in question being a Catholic, or at least of Catholic heritage, which considering the context of Yugoslavia would most likely be a Croat or a Slovene. And what big influential Yugoslavian leader from the 20th century was half Croat half Slovene? Tito, obviously. It's really not rocket science to figure out who the song is adressed to.
