I put some Smithfield's St. Louis style ribs on my pit in this video. Seasoned them with Killer Hogs AP seasoning and "The BBQ Rub" from Killer Hogs as well. Cooked them over some mesquite lump charcoal and hickory. Towards the end I wrapped the ribs with foil after adding brown sugar, butter, honey, and some Rufus Teague's whisky maple BBQ sauce.
