This is why AEW needs to work with someone like the NWA so when guys like Brock are out of action or rotation they can get the ring time in the NWA while AEW is pay them and the NWA gets an extra hand who is working getting his reps in. It's a win win for everyone because Billy needs people and AEW needs a place to really train them to make next generation stars. Look at Starks he was the first NWA TV champion when they reintroduced the Title or LA Knight both of them really jumped from the NWA to top spots on the bigger shows. The 3 shows a week the NWA put on really help get the boys and girls ready for the bigger promotions.
We need to see heel Brock. So far he hasn't shown that mean streak, like Arn, Gene, Lars, and ecpescially Ole had. Go back and watch video of Arn or Ole snatching an arm, and it looks like they are gonna really rip it off. I would like to know from Ric, how stiff Ole was in the ring. He was either stiff as hell, or just that damn good. Those matches with Ric and Greg Valentine vs The Anderson brothers from 77 - 78 were awesome. All four of ya looked like you were beating the hell out of each other. Ole was a beast during that period. Thats what Brock needs thou. A chip on his shoulder. AEW could use that as an angle for Brock. He could start complaining about being underutilized, and start hurting some people, to get Tony's attention.
I like Brock and I think he can be special in time but right now he needs to be wrestling on the independent circuit. He would definitely be a top guy, and he can earn his stripes in the ring and not just because he’s Arn’s son.
I thought that ROH may turn I to the AEW version of NXT. Especially since it seems like they are going to be an online show exclusively at least for now. I think last week Brock was on Dark or Elevation and he did have a nice promo. Same cadence as AA.
I’d make Brock the mouthpiece for Big Bill. Brock can talk faster than a speeding bullet & his words are sweeter than a baby’s ass cheek. He could walk out & say something like “ladies & gentlemen, my name is BBBBrockkkkk Anderson & I’m the advocate for the …..”. And at the end he could give a prediction except he’d call it a spoiler. Something unique like that that’s never been done before. Cmon Tony, give the boy a chance .
There's definitely a thing about too many wrestlers on the roster. Tony collects wrestlers like figures. He gets them & when they're shiny & new he'll play w them. Then they get put up on the shelf & forgotten about. Brock is a free agent in 6 months, give WWE a try.
Come on that's harsh. Give him a break. He needs to go elsewhere to gain experience and then maybe people will see him as Brock, instead of oh, Arn's son. 🤷♀️
Brock should get a Big push by AEW out of Respect for Arn Anderson and everything he's done for the sport of Pro-Wrestling. Do NOT give Brock a Belt for being Arn's son, make him earn it by giving him alot more ring time, Train the young man cause we all know Brock has wrestling in his blood and some day soon you will be rewarded with another Great Anderson in Pro-Wrestling!

@@tdw5933 Ric was a medium size guy in his day. Early in his career he was huge over 6 feet and 300 pounds. I used to watch him and Rip Hawk in the Mid-Atlantic area when I was a kid and Ric was big, after the plain crash is when he lost weight and got shorter because the injury affected his back.

Brock uses the same excuse his dad had about not having a better physique , they blame it on their genetics which is bs and lame as hell lol. They look older because of genes but that’s not why they are not ripped, they ain’t ripped because they don’t have the combination of the right and consistent diet and training regiment. Anyone got get ripped and have visible abs, you gotta burn more calories than you are consuming, it’s not that complicated. You can lift weights and do sit ups all you want but you ain’t gonna have visible abs and defined arms if you consume too many calories/ don’t burn enough. I listen to arns podcast and he’s made the genetics excuse multiple times and it’s just disappointed to hear. I just wish he could be straight up like yeah I lifted weights a few times a week but I didn’t have the right diet and training regiment to be ripped, I enjoyed the foods I liked and I liked beer. There’s nothing wrong with that, not everyone has to look like a Greek god, he looked good enough, obviously he has a good amount of muscle, he was strong and athletic. The guy is a legend. I gotta admit I did lose a little respect hearing that from him.

I'm still trying to see the harm in using an example that LeBron used. I didn't hear any butt kissing, smoke blowing or praise on LeBron from Ric. Just an example.
