While I prefer the S10 series to the older style for various reasons the sound of these takes me back to my late teens, when I got my hands on a Simplicity F3600, two speed, wood brushroll, stretch belt. Lightweights were still somewhat new to me at the time and it seemed to clean circles around my Oreck Intelleshield model.
Performance wise, the Supralite/Freedom vacuums are nearly on par with the Oreck XL21, but have a slight edge over them because of their aggressive brush rolls for agitation.
I just picked up this model on the side of the road and it's in mint condition. I can't find any info on it though when scouring the Internet. Any idea what year it was manufactured. I have zero intention of selling it because wow is it a vacuum. But any idea what it's value may be?
These are very premium expensive vacuums. These costed upwards of 800 dollars when they were new. They came out some time in the 90s and have been made for years with little updates overtime. They're also still being made today.
