Rice farmers warned of using insecticides to eliminate pests 

With the increasing reports of Brown Planthopper (BPH) cases, an expert from the Department of Agriculture-Philippine Rice Research Institute (DA-PHILRICE) is urging farmers to check on the severity of insect population before implementing control measures.
