I think that too, but for me the most surprising thing is downscale in sprites from cutscene to actual game enemy (not that it is bad, but the cutscene sprite is just wayyyy better)
i'm not surprised that rich is almost comically easy to take down as a mag, he went overboard on the size and traded dexterity and agility (two things that were likely why he lasted so long as employee of the month) for tankiness and the ability to hit super hard
