I think age gap relationships are cool if the younger person is in their 30’s. When it’s a 18-20 something year old with someone 2-3x their age, it just screams ‘predatory’ because there’s such a big difference in experience, maturity and mindset.

I think it’s okay if the younger person is at least in their mid to late 20s (25 and up). Those are fully grown adults. We can’t tell them who they should or shouldn’t date. Early 20s may be a diff story

I am 39, a black Nigerian strong queen. In a relationship with a 65 year old white American. We ve been on and off for 4years. He’s not rich rich but quite stable. Honestly, he treated me like a queen that I am. We never stayed mad at each other, and didn’t feel the age gap at all. He’s an absolute gentleman and we both loved each other dearly. On May 3rd, 2024, I made the toughest decision to end the relationship. He doesn’t want kids and I do. He already has a 23 year old son and said he’s too old for kids. We both held on for the past 4years hoping things would change. But unfortunately I had to let go. Couldn’t see my self trading the joy of motherhood. Honestly, it hurts to let go. But I have to be single again to find me another man. This is what I'm thinking, wondering if the very young have own ideas about making their own millions with the resources at hand . I mean 20 LV/Gucci bags and sports cars aren't going to go far if he decides I'm now too old, (Hermes is a different story😂, but they dont but 30 of those....ok...Ronaldo does..I digress!) from my experience though, those men don't want career/busy business women, those are inconvenient, can't be at their back and call. Nicky and Kelly are my favourite. They are honest and joke about the age-gap rather than saying he is young at heart and he can take a bit of ribbing, rather than being insecure about it.
