Here's a thought. In big moments, in the 4th quarter, play clean. Don't challenge the refs. Challenge the opponent. Maybe then Ju-Ju doesn't make the catch, or he does. Bradbury couldn't risk getting beat and admitted as much.

@@Ledzepnut well I think it was a 92 year old guy that has done every SB field that used to work for the Chiefs long ago. But I hear he was retiring before the game. That being said. It’s easy to overwater and hard to stop. Question is why did it not drain.? If not water then oily residue from the paint? Just not sure. How is that field for other games?

You don't have to like the holding call. It was a penalty. Asking the refs not to throw that flag because of the moment or whatever is asking them to rig games.

All we ask is for them to be consistent. I am sure there were similar jersey tugs during the game that they DIDN'T call. All that does is lull the defense into a false sense of security, thinking that the refs aren't calling holds or whatever, and to call it at by far the worst possible time is by far absurd. All that penalty did was gift KC the ability to run down the clock to prevent my Eagles from mounting a response. It took 1:40 with 1 timeout to 6 seconds with no timeouts.

If both calls were ignored, the conversation would be that Cheffers (the referee) has it in for the Chiefs and didn't make those calls to punish them because they have criticized him in the past.

And then to use that as a way to say, officiating is poor. Prioritizing entertainment over game integrity, especially from Rich, is wild.

The Eagles have to pay QB $$$$$$$$, will screw salary cap. Kelce might retire. Cox, Quinn, Graham, Hargrave, Bradberry, Seumalo, Dillard, White, Edwards, Suh, Joseph and Gardner-Johnson who will demand big bump. There window might have been this year. 2 first round picks will help. Loosing both OC and DC add to the difficulty of continuity. The Chiefs have had mostly the same coaches for 5 years.

I think chiefs defense will only get better with these rookies in their second year. If they can keep Clark and Jones. Reid's clock management.....eh. When they scored a touchdown to go up 34-27, they had the opportunity to go for 2 and make it 36-27, a two score lead. Instead they just kicked it, so Philly was still within one score, which they then tied in their next possession. Chiefs would have had a lot less stress, and no one is talking about a holding penalty had they done that. Even if they don't get it, and it stays 34-27, the Eagles aren't going to go for 2 unless they have to, so the Chiefs had nothing to lose and everything to gain by going for 2.

In my opinion Hurts has not come close to cementing his superstar status. You the media really think just one good year warrants that? He has not earned a mvp or won a Super Bowl. He also should not be paid yet. Mahomes was the first to get the big contract but it was after a league mvp, winning a Super Bowl and mvp of that Super Bowl. Here's a storyline. The Eagles lost because Rihanna's crappy half time show took 30 minutes affecting the Eagles momentum and ability to control the clock.....and that 30 minutes gave Andy Reid enough time to adjust his game plan shutting down the Eagles to 11 points in the second half.

no way Hurts played better than Mahomes, fumble much? By the way, Mahomes would of had way bigger numbers if not for the defensive 7 points and the toney kick return that took a lot of passing yards from what Mahomes would of had.....plus the Chiefs had a run game that produced yards that Mahomes didn't have to produce.....Hurts will get exposed next year with a harder schedule...Eagles played no-one this year...good luck holding it together after both the OC and DC leave plus multiple players......fyi.

#3 storylilne: There is nowhere near millions of plays in an NFL season. Refs should be way better and we shouldn't just throw around big numbers to make the errors seem less frequent or agregious. Per google and simple math: 272 total games/season * 154 average # of plays/game = 41,888 plays per NFL season, so not only is it not millions, its not even 50,000 plays. So, we're probably all in agreement, there is room for improvement.
