The GOAT(s) of ESPN Sunday Night Baseball broadcasting. There will never be a better duo. RIP Joe Morgan. We will miss you.

One of my favorite broadcasting duos of all time. The insights from Joe, and the effortless humor from both. We lost a good one. RIP Joe Morgan.

Joe Morgan was such a great player; he was an unstoppable force in those Big Red Machine days in Cincinnati. Personally I liked his broadcasting, too. He could be a little much some days, but so can everyone not named Vin Scully. Vale Joe Morgan.

I love Vin. But Joe was a color analyst. Vin was a play by play guy. Maybe the best ever. Two different animals.

Joe Morgan was the Best second baseman I ever saw. Little Joe in my opinion was the most important part of The Big Red Machine of the middle 70's.

John Miller and Joe Morgan were outstanding together. I did notice Joe kind of started to slip a bit mentally not long before they were out. Loved em both- they complimented each other.

Why did ESPN fire them? SNB is a joke now and should be cancelled.

When I think about my childhood in the late 90s and early 2000s, I think about watching Sunday Night Baseball with my dad. And I asked him “Who’s that guy?” ( referring to Joe Morgan’s voice) and my dad beamed with a smile telling me about watching him and the Big Red Machine when HE was a kid. What a great man! He will be dearly missed.

Imo the best baseball broadcast. It was religious on Sunday night for me and my brother. Every bit as good as Madden and Summerall for football.
