Why does it matter how many kids she took to school? Also, the lack of common sense between the brother and GF is ASTOUNDING. Previously, the GF stated it's unusual for him to sleep on the couch and she had seen him in one position for a long time but only thought to throw a blanket on him?? I believe the brother lied about whether Quan had done that before cause there is a video where he himself said he fell asleep in his driveway and forgot to put the car in park and while asleep the car rolled down the driveway and crashed into his fence. The brother was either trying to hide his brothers addiction or he possibly got high with him and didn't recognize the seriousness of the incident. I believe the bm is innocent but I believe the brother was neglectful or new his brother was dead but didn't want to look guilty for either supplying the drug or being high as well!

But sometimes when a person dies at home the police has to come out as well. When my aunt died at home the police came afterwards after she was even taken to the hospital the police officer came later because she had already passed away. So they have to do some type of investigation.

I worked in emergency dispatch the voice probably changed because the first person might have been training along side of the person training her. I used to train new hires. There's a connecting set of headphones where you both can talk if the trainee didn't know what to do ❤️

I’m sure there were a lot of leeches around him. Someone should have had sense enough to see that something wasn’t right. However, when you’re getting high with people, they’re not going to stop just because you pass out. They will rob you and continue getting high. I had a friend who passed like that. She passed out and her friends went through her pockets, then dragged her near lifeless body to the alley and called 911. They told the dispatcher that they found a body in the alley. They didn’t even have enough decency to try and contact her children. That man had been dead all night. There’s something very suspicious about the girlfriend too. Why did she call his dad first.
