Great. Can we use variables e.g. within tab_header title and sub_title? I would like to set up so 1 template can run dynamically for various inputs and have all labels etc reflect current input.
Along with colouring cells can we use icons? This is for example to supplement Red-Green rating cells with icons for accessibility (colour-blind) . And will there be the option to color format a column based on a different column value?
I’d like to know what others think. I see the gt package has 3x the stars on GitHub and a few more forks. gt also has many more issues (many might be enhancement requests) and pull requests. I imagine gt will eventually be the go-to R “attractive table” package.
