Unfortunately, your video shows two or three of the maybe 10-12 locations in Juba that hold this standard. Juba is an extremely unsafe place after dark, with civil servants, police and army not having received salaries for the better part of a year. The government’s mismanagement of their own country has led to a country being on the brink of becoming a failed state, and nine of the estimated twelve million of the population depending on international food-aid in order for them not to starve. This is extremely sad, since South Sudan has the potential to be paradise on Earth, with its many natural resources, vibrant mix of cultures and agricultural potential.

The situation of South Sudan is very complex, and one can only understand if you live there and try to understand what really happens
