I asked the Holy Spirit what He thinks of Brooke Ligertwood, and He said, "She's beautiful, and I'm so excited to do more through her!" ❤️

" Everytime, you're given a compliment, dont deflect it with false humility; take it like a little flower and collect it in a pocket and at the end of the day with that bouquet, get on your knees and give that bouquet To GOD" . - What to do with Praise. - Rhetorically, My Loving Brooke is so deep and is passionate about what she wants to emphasize; maybe true to her personal experiences and readings. SHE loves GOD and I love God more for having this all one pack kind of individual with a heart that burns for God and she is so witty and a brilliant conversationalist! This made me cry a bit.Woaaaah. Another points to take note: "God's not less holy today than He was then, His presence is no less sacred than He was then." This is where Brook’s been ! Man she’s one of my favourite Kiwi singers and wow I had no idea she’s been doing this... I’m totally amazed and so proud of her. She’s incredible. So much love for this lady. Gods amazing.. continues to bless us with people like Brook. Thank you Jesus, thank you for all that you do for us. We’re so honoured, so blessed and so lucky to have an amazing Father that loves us endlessly and eternally. We love You, we glorify you Lord.

This talk has literally changed my life and walk with Christ. So thankful for Brooke and her personal stewardship in her relationship with the Lord because He is using her obedience to speak into my life and the lives of others.

Brooke said "What ever you feed yourself with is what is going to come out". She obviously was referring to secular songs, because yes if you actually listen to the lyrics of secular songs they are very much like poo and it's not always the best to put those lyrics into your life. I don't know how so many people misinterpreted that. Maybe because of a cultural block? I actually sat through the ENTIRE video and it was a great video. It's crazy how many people have misinterpreted the one comment about songs. If you listen carefully her answer to the pastor's question "Song writing. Where does the initial idea come from typically for you?" And Brooke Answers "Scripture" and she goes on how to explain how she reads multiple translations of the bible. Even though she initially answers with a comparison about (secular) songs being like poop. She explained "What ever you feed yourself is what is going to come out". And obviously she is referring how worship songs are like the healthy food you put in your body. I don't want people reading through the comments and judging and assuming this is a bad video or that Brooke is comparing her worship songs to Poo. IT'S NOT TRUE. I'm curious to know if all those people who commented actually sat through the whole 34 minutes. I did and it was a great video with lots of truth.

i love this interview so much. i just keep rewatching it because all of what brooke says are all so profound and life-changing. it's beautiful how she reflects and knows so much scripture by heart and how eloquently she talks about them.

I have been an atheist all my life until one day I decided to listen to this and try and pray. Once I finished my prayer I felt a huge overwhelming feeling and since that day have prayed every night. My family still think I am an atheist. God is great.

How true it is that God never misses the right time and the right moment to touch and re-touch our spirit. I just find out this video randomly as I tried to find more of Brooke Ligertwood. Then, I just realize that the Interviewer is the Pastor who visited my church JPCC in Indonesia in 2017. The last service where he preached was quite incidental as I could remember he was not supposed to preach at that service; I myself was about to cancel going to church that afternoon. To cut the long story short.. Ps. Rich spoke something that reassured me about the world impact God wanted to bring through me and at the same time I was also convinced to buy my very first motorbike in life. Then now, I am seeing these two people at the same stage being used by God in this video.. I think it is already super cool. But then as I submit to keep listening to the very end of video... how I become more and more amazed by God on how great He really is. The testimonies, teachings, principles shared by Brooke are like the re-statement of things that God has been telling me the past week. I would come back to my opening statement. God never misses the right time and the right moment to touch and re-touch our spirit. All glory to God!!

Enjoyed Brooke's interview very much. I thought she did exceptionally well to deal with the insightful, "meaning" questions posed. Her faith is her life and calling. God bless. Much ado about the "poo" thing. My take on it was that she was being honest in answering the questions posed. A little awkwardly perhaps but we're not perfect. As she said later on, we all worship (and look at things) through our particular social lens (and social norms). Her's reflected her New Zealand origins - no airs or graces. Humility.

I do that all the time!! When I’m baking my cakes or stirring a pot to cook or what fruit is good in the market, I ask the holy spirit, I thought it was silly but now I know it’s a way of communicating with our extraordinary friend
