@Derek Gleeson makes you feel big when you say pseudo, atleast his lyrics are ingenious, what have you done with your life you ignorant, unoriginal twat
@@TheReesi73 yeah except his solo work is the best he's ever done. He didn't need the verve to be a success anymore and His solo music proves that. "Life's about ego. So for someone to talk about my ego or me , as they are writing their piece about me, I'm wondering what they're doing with themselves?" Is what richard says about people like you. Grow up.
@@TheReesi73 Lennon Brilliant? Art is all about interpretation. Richard’s songwriting is outstanding and the sound the best there is. Lennon on the other hand so over rated. Was completely up his own jacksie for what in the most part were catchy pop songs with little to no substance. Most of his stuff could have been done by guys like Bieber. Lennon liked to come across as the rebel but was soon KA when the yanks were looking at kicking him out, very little integrity. As stared earlier it’s all about interpretation and each to their own.
Of all the musicians, writers, artists that have lived, to have grown up with this man writing music, and be able to listen to it is a gift from god......
Jacob Rhodes And yet he denied the value of A Storm in Heaven in favor of being a mainstream singer songwriter. He's very talented, there is no doubt, but it's such a shame he lost what made the Verve special in favor of mediocre songs like "Bittersweet Symphony".
It's almost the sacrifice of a true artist that the vices and addictions that follow and eat into them are also the trigger for the environment in which they create their greatest work
Such narrow-minded tv-presenters especially this woman! They put themselves in an arrogant position and don't understand that they look at the genius. Shame on you! And thank you Richard.
well said Аревик Чахоян - that was so disgusting to see of those fools next to this genius. they couldn't even relate yet, he was still so graceful about their lack of mental agility.
"These people are sent to test us, sent to play with our minds". Charlie Stayt, commenting on Richard's outfit in the video for 'These People': "..... a Polo-neck and a gas mask, nice, nice touch!" Richard: "Yeah I think it could be the future, yeah, who knows we might see it on the high streets soon". These things are planned well in advance. If you had advanced knowledge of events to come, ask yourself...... "How would I go about telling people"? ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xZ-I3ZlR1to.html
HE clearly loves thinking of himself as a rock star.. not that he's not, but, come on a BIG fucking ego is on display here, visually. Mind, he talks simpler than he presents his look.
@@seanfitzgerald8575 Clearly put, he has all the love and reasons to carry himself as he does, he is openly discussing his depression and difficulties in many of his interviews - which he actually has overcome. What a man to teach us all more about his life. We all have our own Ego, this man can teach you something about it.
