All of the gadgets are unitaskers, meaning they are ridiculous over engineered items meant for one specific task. Most people won't buy this stuff, so the show is neat in the way it shows you all these gadgets so you don't have to buy them yourself in case you were curious.

Loving these marathons! Just a quick question: Is anyone else having issues with sound at some parts of the episode? Usually when he does a voice over with music in the background, it feels like the music is way too loud, making it difficult to understand richard

I too love the marathons, although luckily I haven't experienced audio issues. but I'm distraught, at the double-edged sword of a conundrum that is the fact that if I watch the marathon all at once I no longer get the dopamine boost of watching a new (unseen) episode in that season.. "Oh , the humanity" to quote the public transportation episode. to watch, or not to watch all at once? that is the burning question

Yes, I'm experiencing the same thing and when I turn the sound up, it's somewhat agonising to listen to and doesn't help! Only watched 39 minutes.....won't bother with the rest......very disappointing!

I remembering watching the public transport episode when it first came out, thinking how ridiculous the masks were in the underground, cut to a few years later..... I am starting to think Richard knew things in advance.

Syfyholic be smart, think ahead of what might happen and plan for potential future problems. If we are proactive the severity of our problems and inconvenience can significantly be lessened or even eliminated.. we need to look forward now especially because hindsight is 2020.

The foot measuring pad has been around for so long and doesn't do much for choosing a shoe, because most times you have no idea how the shoe is going to fit without trying it on. There is this online store where I live tho, where you can go to a location in a lot of malls and such where you scan your foot and the scan is assigned to your email or phone number and then when you shop on the website (sometimes on other websites too) you can load the scan and it will pick a size for you. It takes into account how wide your foot is and such as well and in most cases you can view a graphic that shows you how your foot is going to fit in the shoe as well. Now that's handy.

@@Pugwash. The highs are pretty washed out, and in some parts the music is louder than Richard. I tested it on with my Phone, with Headphones and with speakers. It is watchable of course, but the quality is way worse than it should be :)
