@nailnine Thanks for the reply. I have heard of that before, but that doesn't mean its true. It just means that its something that we both have to look into. That's the problem with great teachers. We get into the habit of believing them, rather than doubting them. I think, for me, that's the main point of this video: "nullius in verba" or "take noones word for it". I hope others like and find our comments useful.

Yeah maybe this guy is on to something. Maybe you should take it from another point of view. I know someone who never brushes her teeth, she only uses gum and the dentists always say what great teeth she has. Tribes people in Africa never brush their teeth and they are fine. What do they use? Its such a strongly held dogma and when people think of the risks of getting it wrong if they think differently. Then its no wonder I only have one piece of anecdotal evidence to go on.
