Smoking live version of a great 80’s song. 80’s music was really, really innovative, and this song is emblematic of how solid the music was. This song holds up. RM is much sexier at this age.
I'm here! Richards' and my parents were besties back in the day. Surely both of our parents are jamming to his tunes in heaven... I think of them all, together, so ❤❤❤❤😅❤proud😂 proud
Great musician! Watched an 80s movie last night and a beautiful song came on at the end, halfway through I realized I knew every word but couldn't place the artist. His music was more iconic than his name or persona.
Amazing. How am I only coming across this in 2024 hahah. Just jammin'. Truly Believe I was born in the wrong decade artists like this don't exist anymore wow!
Dont Mean Nothing, Endless Summer Nights, Shoulda Known Better, Hold On To the Night, Hazard.... The list goes on and on. Dude knew how to write a great tune.
I miss him so much. So many great memories back in the late 80's 😪😪😪 makes me tear up. Man his voice is amazing. He's perfect. Great artist . I love him forever
I just wanna say, You Sir....Have aged Awesome!! Your voice is richer, Tone is excellent, and this song is just as relevant today as it was in my high school days!! Glad your still rockin' Richard!! Your new album is awesome as well!!
I remember when he first performed this, and when he got married. Nothing has changed with his voice and stage presents. I love this classic, it’s timeless!

He may very well be my all time favorite. I grew up in the 80's, that and the 90's were the best and his songs played such a big part of so many memories. This performance blew me away, man I would've sang my lungs out if I had the chance to watch him live.

Gotta say, and this is coming from a Songwriter through '84 until today, Richard Marx (yes, you, R, if you're reading this) has got a signature style that is authentic and rare. Maybe he got it from his father, about whom he spoke so humbly at the Grammy Museum show. Maybe from making good decisions early on and staying with them. Either way, he strides between simple and complex, joy and the pain, old and new with confident surrender. It's just great stuff, withstanding the test of time. Thanks Richard, for showing up again at the right time in my journey and revivifying my love of life, music and belief in the dream. IC
Richard Marx music especially at 87 and 89 albums just evoke so many feelings and emotions and growing up and having a great time in the 80s the beach the weather. The women just a great time surreal. Thank you good sir
I've first time came accros this song in a music store back in 1997, picked the CD, the guy at the store played me this song on store speakers and I after 20 seconds of playing I bought two albums of Richard Marx, in a trans, like I was buying oxygen:) the best, most exciting buy ever. Thank you Richard Marx.
Escuche a Richard Marx cuando tenia unos 8 años, su voz es única, es un grande de la historia musical de mi vida, le agradezco por todo su talento, siempre en el corazón, Gracias Richard, ojalá venga a la Argentina
Still in love with the old hits. A generation on and nothing changes. I met Richard at Capital radio some twenty years ago.... A defining moment! It's a testimony to his musicianship that I can still feel that electricity sooo many years on.
Best first song to pace, your long run to...seriously . Slow then fast..then faster .. excellent. !! How I adore this man's voice and skills !!! Thank you, Richard Marx. I use the cd version.. for steady volume !!!
27 years ago i have heard this classic masterpiece ... its still on my playlist ... very underated but i would say his music speaks louder than everything ...for me iam happy he is not commercial yet like bon jovi leave the roots
I love this song by richard marx and I have the concert on DVD and I watch a lot of times and he is very handsome guy playing his guitar on this song old school in the eighties song and I like his mullet of hair in the eighties
I think you called me a music fan still got what it takes to perform keep singing for all of us who can't carry a tune November 2019 🎵 Stills moves me in all kind of ways hope everyone that reads this can relate
Richard's music always will remind me of the summertime as a kid at Hampton Beach New Hampshire . Whenever I hear any of his songs I think of all the fun times back then.
WOW This song sound just as good as it did many years ago. Funnt story. Before see Richard Marx I use to just hear on the radio and though it was Corey Feldman until I saw one of his videos LOL seriously I did.
This performance is amazing. Richard is such a talent. I must say I miss some of the background vocal parts, particularly the “oh” echos in the chorus. Anyone else love that part?
