My grandfather wrote this song, sung by my beautiful mother Poufa V Noga. I used to ask her about the meanings of all songs written by them, she told me back then this song in particular, was about the food back home. From my understanding, when our people prepared food or a meal I should say, that the fish is what makes the meal complete. "Sina i'a, e teuteua Le mea atoa". It is indeed a beautiful song, for those who continue to listen and reminisce about Penina O Tiafau, thank you for you continuous love! God bless.
