I love how everyone on The West Wing seems to unanimously know that Allison Janney was the best out of them all. She’s such a versatile talent and seems so down to earth.
The West Wing had such a great cast that I find it very hard to choose a favourite but Allison is definitely in my top three.She must have been a joy to work with.

I particularly love the ending: she’s not just Ann-Margret, but also Meryl Streep, Carol Burnett, Lucille Ball, Lily Tomlin, Marilyn Monroe…. She is!! And in everything she does - including being herself, Allison - there’s such an HONESTY! She’s always so real!
Way way way more than 2 minutes - 11 minutes in fact - but who cares!! It was a lovely and loving tribute to Alison AND also VERY VERY FUNNY both to Alison herself and simultaneously to a completely different audience namely us (which is probably not easy to achieve).
