For some reason, he cant even move himself from his belly to his back anymore, and he is also not able to hold up his own bottle...which is far to big for him, but he shoukd still be able to hold it up, judging from the strength he has in this video. I shudder to think what could have caused it. It looks like he may have taken a fall off a high table in another video, i cant be sure though, the video was promptly ended just before.
