When he signed for Everton he seemed really really excited and happy and it was surprising. Not the normal cliche happy to be here stuff, but like genuine excitement. Now i can see why. He's not an academy kid with his whole career mapped out, he's a street kid, he plays almost with a desperation, like if he doesn't work his arse off it could all end. And he's grateful, properly grateful for the chance to play. I already love the guy. One comment says it all really. "He's a proper Everton player". Who said that ? Seamus Coleman. Another proper Everton player. Hard work beats talent if talent doesn't work hard. This kid is a grafter. He can lift others including the crowd. Don't care what people say about his fee, I think he'll end up being an absolute steal ! COYB 💙💙💙

His engagement with the fans has made him much loved, and then on the pitch he's exciting 😁, he gets you out of your seat, and he works hard too ! Many Brazilian players come from a poor background or sometimes favelas. People were saying weird things about them dancing. Brazilian players are real, they know their national culture and celebrate it with authenticity. They were definitely not showing off. They don't come from an elite background like the british journalist who was mocking them.

Marco Silva makes Richarlison play very well in Premier League. A coach speaking portuguese was amazing for this guy. I'm from Brazil and Richarlison play in América, the team I support. Was amazing watch him at the field, with 17 years old destroying. He started as centerforward and for me is sad watch Calvert-Lewin playins so bad.
