One of my favorite episodes of season one 😂 As for Tina, as an older woman she feels threatened because there is now a younger, better educated woman coming into the kitchen plus Syd is given a position of authority. Also in addition to the change she is mourning a boss she liked. People forget her and Richie were close with Miky and are in mourning.
