Also if you want to make gauc a day ahead of time, so it won't be brown, after making it, put it in an air tight container, pour water on top of the gaucamole until the top layer is immersed, then cover with the lid, and put in the fridge. I tried it it works wonderfully. When you open it, you just pour the water down the sink and it's great!!
I love guacamole! Can't wait to make some of this. I don't know how to pick a good avocado because sometimes they're just not good. What's the avocado season? You all did a great job. I better write down that chilli you use or I'll forget.
