Me encanta la forma tan correcta de expresar su gusto por la gastronomía mexicana y lo mas asombroso es que llega asta los rincones de México para encontrar lo que aveces ni los mexicanos hemos buscado esas riquezas y delicias. Disfruto tanto sus programas q no me los pierdo. Siempre son muy interesantes. Gracias señor!

I like the way he expresses himself about food etc etc but I always wonder if he pays/gives any $ to the people/restaurants that allowed him to “steal” their recipes/secrets ..???? He goes,takes n then he makes them back in Chicago n charges for them ....🤷♀️🧐
