This is my take on "Doin' It Right" by Daft Punk!
A while ago i discovered a way to incorporate live vocoder functions into drum racks in Ableton Live, so I created this "cover-soundpack" to showcase this possibility.
All of the sounds were designed by me to resemble the original song.
None of the original Daft Punk's sounds were sampled.

***** It's not autotune, it's a Vocoder, and I'm using Ableton's Native. If you mean the controller, it's a Midi Fighter 3D, but that's just for pushing buttons! :)

Rick Fresco I think he's referring to the hardware the mic is plugged into. Looks like an EQ box or MIDI converter?

MotoErgoSum Oh in that case nothing fancy... it's just an audio interface with a mic plugged in! You don't need anything but a mic (even the one integrated in your computer!) and Ableton's Vocoder! ;)

I use 9 suite but the Vocoder has been there since 8! It's inside "Audio Effects"... Look for some tutorials on how to set it up if you're not familiar with it. ;)

idk bout you but those vocals really don't seem live.. homie is hardly projecting, and moves away from the mic to many times for that audio to be stable and sound that smooth. props are all there buut i feel like its more for show.

I can assure you vocals are live! It's the whole point of the soundpack... why would I call it "Doin' It Live" and don't do it live? :)
