This AD will be credited with one of the best hires in college history, Hired one man that AFFECTS the damn economy. Rick took a chance and believed in prime. Just didn't believe in em tho he gave him the keys to do HIM that's something a lot of these pwi schools WOULDNT of done, Boulder is on the MAP MAP.
All respect to JSU but we all know Coach Prime left Jackson because the President drop the ball. Therefore Coach Prime leveled up and elevated for his opportunity which is Colorado. And this is coming from a supporter of JSU and Coach Prime who also played football with him at FSU.
I know you’re late to the NIL party Rick but hey. Better late than never. It’s really simple. The prime era brought a financial boom to Boulder. So many businesses are benefiting off the prime era like it’s nobody’s business. 80+ mill to be exact as far as the financial boom the prime era has brought to the area. Each business Should want to donate at least 2% to the NIL sector .. bc they’re benefiting off it….All you gotta do is sit down with all of those businesses pull out their net gross BEFORE the prime era and in the current prime era. Ask them “do yall wanna go back to that financial statement that was before the prime era or do yall wanna stay with the increased boom in y’all’s business.. bc if yall vote no he might leave .. and if prime leaves its back to the norm business wise. It’s a one hand wash the other both hands wash the face situation.
This is literally as simple as it gets. And remember.....that 80mil you are referencing is from previous year. Imagine what that amount will be at end of year! Especially when the football team keeps winning
@@Soulkhon if I was a business owner I’d definitely be more than willing to donate 1-2% of anything I make to something that’s helping me financially. I’d wanna keep it going. CU doesn’t have to outsource asking for help in the NIL sector when it’s right in front of them which is the community/city. If prime had help NIL wise omg the caliber of players he’d get would compete with the Alabamas , Georgia’s etc. They can’t expect him to keep recruiting these sought after players outta high school with just the “come play for prime” pitch. That can only go so far. These kids wanna get paid . I don’t blame them. So if each business that’s benefiting donates sheeeesh .. we’d be right there with the big boys.
I think it’s safe to say since hiring Coach Prime, the economy has greatly improved for CU and Colorado. I really hope they don’t take him for granted and keep him around for quite a while.
I really enjoyed hearing him speak at a press conference. It was new and of course great look on the school . It had us looking more into title 9. Well spoken, take accountability, loves his job, honest and take it serious!
If you can't see God's hands on Mr. George, Coach Prime and THE CU BUFFS to include SUPPORT STAFF, then something is wrong. Mr. George believed in Coach Prime, Coach Prime believed in his Coaches, his staff believed in it's players and we the fans believe in God, Mr. George, Coach Prime, CU Coaching Staff, and the BUFFS. Thanks for listening to God and giving us Coach Prime and The Buffs Mr. George. #boulderi'mcoming
I have pretty much 0 confidence in CU doing the right thing moving forward based on what they’ve done the last 20+ years. Always behind on everything. Changing academic rules, stadium upgrades, NIL, etc.. Shoot, even CSU has a more technically upgraded stadium than us at this point with the sound system and light show. All that being said, if they don’t do everything possible to retain Coach Prime for the foreseeable future idk how I can keep supporting them. You throw whatever amount of money you can, and stop acting like you’re a poor school, you’re not. I’ve always disliked that sentiment. This Coach has single handedly brought the entire school back to being relevant in literally every aspect. Winning skiing competitions doesn’t elevate you. Football does. And it was about time the higher up’s realized that. It’s about time Boulder quits it’s snippity attitude and joins the real world. Keep Coach, throw everything you’ve got to him, finish upgrading that basically Texas high school stadium into a modern college football stadium, and get back to winning serious games. Please for the love of god
If I were Deion Sanders I would have had a clause in my contract for 1% stake of every $100 Million in university revenue growth $25 Mill is nothing compared to the ROI Sanders has ALREADY generated being head coach, let alone the remaining 3 years in his contract. Deion Primetime Sanders is his GREATEST Hire to date by Rick George already, Economically, Professionally and Culturally. All the Deion Haters can cry in the mirror with the lights off and your shower running lol.
Nope wrong.... why would you go somewhere where they 1. Used your name image and likeness but did not treat you like an equal, 2. Would not offer you the HC job, 3. Fan base burned your jerseys when you got Travis Hunter. So nope.... your wrong my friend, FSU is gonna die on their sword sorry.
