So what happened to hitting the "birthday hat" and tha "elbow" position ? And what happened to the edge at near strike and the pronation...?

He is such amazing teacher and seems to be a beautiful person inside-out. Bella is doing great! Keep it up! My instructor does these drills with me and I was amazed that I could keep up, but I can only take an hour of it, I'm 39 years young lol :) These are some of the best drills to work on foot work and mental fitness. He's right, 'tired' is all in your head. Just think about hitting the ball the same every time.
