I can't believe people are still talking about the Falcons!! Last year over half the NFL teams had to have a backup QB play substantial mins, and by mins I mean multiple games. The modern NFL you have to have multiple QB's who can get your team through the season. That's just a fact & more GM's & teams have realized it
And during the season, they were laughing on this show how many different QB’a had started games so far. I think they got up in the 50’s? I don’t know the final count.
REMEMBER: No matter what you do in Life, there will always be HATERS and CONGRATULATORS. Take both in stride and do what makes YOU happy. Talk is Cheap
@@jayvee3267 yeah it blows my mind someone with his voice got on national radio. Every end of segment its “lets take a break…” and awkwardly telling every guest that he loves them.
What's the fail rate for first round QB who sits for 1 or more years? NFL media chastises you for planning ahead, they want these organizations to instant react to everything.
@@donsolos Seriously. If Atl would have taken any other player, it wouldn't have turned them into a super-bowl team, and on the off chance Kirk gets hurt, they'd be screwed. I think the insurance along with the long-term plan at QB is smarter than another player who would barely move their point spread or win totals. Falcons had Penix as QB2, it's hard to get in a position to take your QB2, especially if you're at least a middling team with a 10-20th pick. Not a Falcons fan either, so this isn't cope.
I've been thinking the Falcons were gonna draft a QB in the 1st round since at least 2021...they simply just decided to go ALL-IN this off-season at the one position they've not been good at in half a decade.
This Falcons pick is so overblown, tired of hearing people regurgitate the same take over and over again And I'm a Colts fan, idgaf about the Falcons. We're not going to know if it was a good decision for a while anyways. Hopefully it's mostly over after this week.
