Hi I’m Rick Shiels, welcome to my channel RickShielsPGAGolf. This RU-vid channel is designed to help you play better golf, also to help you enjoy your golf more!
I specialise in golf club reviews, golf club unboxing, golf club news, golf club head to heads, and all about golf clubs.
I also want to make you play better golf by providing coaching video on all topics about golf, how to fix your slice, fix your hook, help you drive the golf ball longer, hit your irons more pure, hit your irons closer to the hole and help you draw and fade your golf shots.
I will also help you lower your score by chipping better by stopping you duff and thin chips, pitch the ball closer and also create backspin. Also I will provide you help to putt better and hole more putts!
On this channel I also make fun and entertaining golf content based on crazy and sometimes “gimmicky” golf clubs. I like to cut through the marketing hype about products and I like to give you the honest truth about golf equipment.

Brain teaser there. On hole 7 after Rick's shot off tee, the camera shows Grant's shot hit small knoll and kick towards the green. When Rick's shot actually stayed up on the knoll. Anyone else catch that? Best part of match is the friendly badgering each other. Rock on Gents 🤘😎

It definitely wasn't Grant's shot that's shown. If you watch it again, Grant's shot kicks left but the ball finishes either in middle of the gap between bunker and mound or more towards the bunker. When Guy goes to play the next shot, the ball's position is from where we see Rick's supposed shot finish which is close to the mound, but that isn't where Grant's shot finishes

Correct. I assumed it was his. For sure it was NOT Rick's shot though. It kicked off the knoll and when Rick went to hit next shot he was up on the knoll. Just an editing error, just wanted to make sure I wasn't going crazy. :) @@davidmcalister2584

Last year when you had the GG guys on, it was my first experience of them. At first I was disappointed to see the "break up" of that lineup. but seeing how happy and relaxed Grant has been during his visit, it was obviously the right step at the right time in his life. Adding James made this a truly high-class exhibition of golf. James, not at his absolute best, played steady professional golf but Grant was on fire. Really enjoyed this one!!!

It was probably in my opinion the best match up I have seen. You got it all, Guy who doesn't want to let Grant down and Grant who is just aiming for flags and is ever just so confident. Rick doesn't want to let James down and James is just so humble he is not too concerned as long as he gives a good account of himself. Some great shots and putts by all.

Grant is just ridiculously good. Makes it look effortless. And great attitude all around from the players. If golf had lost any ground in terms of popularity to other sports (such as road cycling) over recent years, its content like this that will save golf, inspiring me (and others) to get out there and start swingin' for the sweet taste of Birdie Sauce (inevitably soon to be released Rick Shiels' own brand of hot sauce, available in all good golf shops, and some crap ones as well). ;)

Great video, enjoyed every second! Golf videos often end so abruptly though. What I would love to see at the end of every video is a shortish segment from the pub afterwards where you go over the round and reminisce about the good and the bad from the round, and some extra analysis. think about it for the future!

Great video, entertaining content, banter and game format. Love when you have James on, genuinely one of the nicest guys and an excellent golf coach professional, amongst many other very good lessons he transformed my chipping and short game with his simple and easy to teach techniques...... Just wish he'd stop coaching my Brother who is now massive bandit as a result.
