It's not. It's a matter of Andrew Lincoln consistently having bad weapons handling. He does the same thing with the Python, that's why he always angles it down when he "points" it.

I mean if its because his revolver is heavy it means it would be pointing up, I believe its because he holds it so far up all the time he has to point it down to be aiming at subject properly
