@@miikaraitakari6096 Swedish mafia and major global drug kingpin! No just joking, am pretty sure a big part of his career started off with a big paint company that he built up then sold. Since then he has been heavily involved in real estate. Think he still owns the Marbella Lebanese restaurant, is part owner of C'est Normal then of course he'll have so many other projects that is not disclosed on social media.
The successful people I met are all chill, funny and confident. One of the reasons they got rich is because they have good social skills and learnt how to be likeable individuals. Very few and typically the ones who didn't make the money themselves get lost in it.
A huge fan of the Olson / Deler clan but really do feel that these houses really lack character. Looking forward to seeing the progress on the Bali and Sweden plots hopefully soon.
I am more of a polished concrete rather than marble type of guy but I really don't think it would be that hard to add some character to the house. The views and outdoor is everything. Makes me wanna move somewhere south. Very aspirational video!
Agree. As much as I love contemporary and modern architecture, these places do feel a bit cold. Furniture, rugs and art might warm things up and bring more character.
Rickards houses are always nice but they often look very pedestrian, he needs to hire a professional interior designer to have a cohesive look and feel to it.
To each their own. I hardly feel compelled to criticize somebody's taste with things I will probably never be able to afford. I see what you mean, and it wouldn't be my taste either, but I don't see much to fault and there is a lot of nice stuff around. Let him enjoy life as he sees fit, and I am pretty sure he wouldn't embrace my taste either :-)
I don't know, this is the first time I'm not amazed with this house. Jon has much better view to be honest. It's too sterille as well. I really miss Marbella vibes
It's a nice and interesting video, just good to hear from you guys, but i have to say these cyprus houses feel extremly soulless to me personally. The rented villas and now this, they somehow lack a lot of character. I mean of course he just moved in, so there is no personal touch, but the house itself also feels kind of generic. All the shiny surfaces and wasted space layouts just don't give a lot of "home" feel, it's more like an office space or hotel. BUT i love the views from every single room with big windows and a very open, transparent feeling.
I honestly feel like there’s only videos when there’s something to show off about. Nobody needs a house that big. People are falling on hard times. Have some class
New House, new car, new wife... every video seems to have the same story. I freakin loved your videos... but these days it is changing a bit to the negative :/
Congrats on the new house, but I'm afraid Cyprus has no soul compared to Spain 🇪🇦. I get the fact that you both relocated there for tax reasons and I respect that, but I miss the light, the architecture, the nature, the culture and the vibe you guys had in gorgeous Spain
@@Aguscrack90 How does moving 10 miles to a different house on Cyprus help with taxes? Maybe he just liked this house more than the rental he was in....
I wondering how often they all will change their houses until they realized that cyprus is simply not a nice place. There is not much todo and the overall quality from things, especially food is really low. Sorry, to be negative but I have been down that road in cyprus as well.....
I've been through what they have, I lived in Tenerife but got super bored after 2 years. Small places just don't fit well with multi-cultural people. Island people generally have low IQ and agressive too...
They all ran so quickly to Cyprus that they're continually moving to find houses they actually want to live in. (Also the house across from them at 5:01 reminds me of the Camo days.)
They sold the marbella house (probably a hotter market than cyprus). And they're renting while getting a feel of the area before deciding where to live.
@@camb00 Jon was already rich before RU-vid (which I'm sure is also very profitable), if that's what you mean. You have to consider he was arguably the most famous freeskier in his day (even hosted his own event for a few years) and got huge sponsor deals. And take into account that, apart from working with big companies, he's also created some himself, like Yniq (which he sold) and Douchebags for example.
I consider if Rickard is either planning the next big thing in Cyprus or there is some sort of midlife crisis going on. I mean the house ist very impressive but the plot is far away from anything he had before.
I am from Marbella and I have been living in Cyprus for some years. It feels as if these two guys are my friends because I share their passion when talking about living in Malaga/Cyprus and showing off life as it is. I feel a bit jealous of the level of greatness of their assets, but happy for them to see how they are enjoying life in the same places I do/did.
nice house but so much Eco everywhere. That solar panels can give enough with power only 33 panels lets say they give 390w each =12.870kwp and that can't be enough for that house if you have air-condition for example. So now Jon have to buy a house as well.... Dont want to rent any longer ;-)
Why you all leave Monaco and Marabella for cypress? It is nice but not nicer. Oha, mayby the taxes ;-) I like you all and all the best from germany - the country with one oft the highest taxes.
What Rickard makeup table will be used for is heart pill, blood pressure and zooming to his doctor to see how many blue pills can he take in a row. Thank God he has a office. Now Richard can check girls IDs on line to make sure there 21 when he sneaks them in. Hahaha, jokeing
Nice video Jon, sorry, but you know, I love me some rickard, thank you so much for sharing this, I'd subscribe to rickard channel, but I only know English, I watched one interview with him, couldn't understand it but watched anyway lol, anyways, loved you first, take care, love to all of you, til next time, 👍🙏❤️😎🛥️🏝️ciao
Rickard is a rock star dad for sure! Huge house! This is an ultra modern place for people who like clean, tidy and simple living. Bravo for having the success to own such a fantastic place!!❤️☀️☀️❤️
The recipe goes something like this: Richards buys a new house in a new place - Jon moves his family to the same place and buys a house too. Richards soon sells this house - Jon does the same thing. Richards buys another house - Jon too. And so on. Take note: in a little while Jon will put his house up for sale and buy another one close to Richards. Just wait. That's the deal.
Had to sell a rental. LOL I suspect Jon and Janni won't be buying any houses there ever, they are likely putting their money into the house in Sweden which I agree with.
They were obviously renting while getting a feel of the area before buying. And I only recall it happening once that the Olsson family moved after Richard.
@@ABC-ip6jq Jon sold Casa Camo to move down the street from Rickard in Marbella. Then he sold Casa Castle to rent a place down the street from Rickard in Cyprus. That's 2 times already.
@@venom5809 Jon arrived in Cyprus, rented a house and shortly afterwards moved to a bigger one closer to the sea. Looks like the last one was bought. Apparently there's a kind of competition between Jon and Richard to see who can do the most...
He should get some thick glass that could support the cars, and then just keep the underground, remove the railing and park the cars ontop of the downstairs thingy
You don’t need to making a mountain out of a molehill. Women are not made of glass and not everything is sexist. People need to understand jokes and trust that they know that everyone thinks it’s funny. It’s not our place to judge
*intro music?* *what is the name of the song, artist?* the link in "show more" does not help or facilitate that answer. it would be great to give recognition for artists, while the views climb, as the song certainly aided as a complement
The should have the Gorillas back one on each side. And inside the door a 15 foot tall MEGA giraffe. Some where a water fall and koye pond would look great inside.
looks like a really well balanced, modern, luxurious but yet cosy big house. Congtratz, Rickard! I hope you gonna have lot's of nice and quality time there ;)
I thought the same….but she may be super busy: “ please do not interrupt me with your silly RU-vid” I feel like I missed something, Richard had the house in Marbella fair quite some time, right? He doesn’t seem to move a lot???
Jon, is Rickard your Father in Law? In the UK we normally address our in-laws as Mother, Mum, Dad or Father yet you call Rickard by his first name. Just curious lol All the best XD
