This is my grandmother, and I am the lady referenced in the prank. I set this remarkable and wise woman up. Edna J. Stiggers, My Granny, was and still is my heart! She passed in 2013, and my heart still bleeds. I am so thankful (and my other family members as well) that I can go to RU-vid and pull-up this video, listen to her voice, and reminisce of this time over and over again. For the record, she truly had no clue who Rickey Smiley was or what he did. It wasn’t until I called her afterwards that she got that she’d been pranked.
