I went to school with a girl who got pregnant when she was 11 years old by her 13 year old boyfriend.. She was 12 when she had the baby.. Her parents helped and after she became 19 (with a 7 year old little girl), she married a decent man and they had 5 more kids together and she has always been a very loving, good mom
Pretty soon after I turned 17 I got pregnant from a guy I had been dating less than a year, he got a job, we immediately moved out without help so that nobody would be helping mainly so they couldn't throw it in our faces and we had the baby, when the baby was a year old I got pregnant again, he got a better job, got a better house still without help and we've been married 10 years and going strong with both kids. I will never regret it and I'm very grateful we chose to keep both babies. It is possible for teens parents and I feel bad for the ones whose family and friends tell them they can't do it
I was so terrified of getting pregnant as a teen that I remained a virgin until I was 19! I never wanted kids, but I married a man with a newborn baby who is now 14 years old and I love him more than anyone else on the planet!❤

Talk shows were the education piece for entertainment back then before the internet became mainstream and before reality TV started. Now, all of the kings and queens of talk shows such as Jerry Springer, Maury Povich, and Ellen Degeneres are all calling it quits and the genre has continued to descend since the beginning of the millennium.

How can you force your daughter to give up your grand baby? If she really feels she can’t do it and the baby could go to a better home, then okay… but to force a mother to part from her baby against her will is cold… She may be young but she’s still a mother
How sad how all these ppl are putting these teens down and forcing them to give up their babies against their will. I had a baby young and no support from anyone except the father. I was still able to finish high school and go to college and became a nurse. It wasn’t easy but regardless of your age having a baby will always be hard. I’m so glad I kept my baby because I later found out that I couldn’t have anymore kids. Had I listened to everyone I would’ve been very resentful.
I will never encourage my daughter to abort or give up her baby. That’s a decision that will haunt you for the rest of your life. Some people prefer to have the problem gone. I would prefer to deal with my problem the best way I can.
I have seen this in my family. Forced abortions. Never turned out well bc my cousins did not want that. They either ended up depressed and running away or they immediately got pregnant again. On my moms side my cousin got pregnant at 15 and had all the love and support from her parents. She had the kid and went to graduate hs and get married to a wonderful man. She is a preschool teacher and her husband is an electrician. They are grandparents. The baby she had when she was freshly 16 is now a mom of 2 and happily married to a man that has a good job. I have seen what support does and I have seen what turning your back on your kids does in this situation and forcing a decision is not wise.
2nd Time having sex at 16 I got pregnant it was the scariest experience, my mother told me I was pregnant which I was in disbelief due to me not being fully educated about sex.. I had to be forced to eat I was very depressed, 17 I gave birth to my son 3lbs 8oz he was premature cause of my heart shaped uterus but healthy just needed to grow.. I graduated on my 18th bday with him on my hip it was hard but I made it through, Now I’m 32 my son is 15 going to one of the top schools in San Francisco and I see now what my mom went through when I disobeyed her 💔
This is not their parents responsibility because we already know most of the responsibilities will be placed on the parents. It's not fair to the parents and we don't know their situation. The parents may not have the means to take care for another mouth to feed. At the end of the day it's the individuals who laid down and made these babies should be held responsible.
I couldn't imagine telling my daughter or son keeping their baby is not an option and i dont want to support them. I couldn't imagine having to choose between killing the baby and never knowing the baby. That's fkd up.
Watching this, I'm always left with the question: What did those parents do to avoid pregnant teens? Who are teaching teenagers about safe sex? And they want to give the babies up for adoption. Who are going to adopt the babies? Are Americans really standing in line to adopt, or are they going to grow up in the dysfunctional fostercare system?
These girls are extremely very young and the lady who shared her story about being 15 and a 1/2 she deserves to be forgiven because she looks like she is very sorry and just wants to be loved again.
It doesn’t cost “big dough” to have a baby. You can happily & healthily raise a child off of a modest income. There are also assistance programs like Wic which help women & children with offsetting living expenses.
They arent babys for long so it will fly by, and before she knows it ,the child will be starting nursery and she can get her education, but her boyfreind needs to support them both because it shouldnt be up to ..her mother to do it. Dont know why the second mother is shocked that she no longer wants to give her baby up the longer that her pregnancy has gone on,What did she expect to happen, its called bonding with the baby thats growing inside you and its natures way of keeping the human life going. Its a good sign that she feels love for the baby before its born, That will hopefully will ensure she cares for the baby with love
Ppl should have to get a license to have children or animals… No parent should have to be forced to pay and raise their grandchildren.. some choose to help.. some don’t…
15 is far to young to be a mother. not because of been able look after it. its whos going to pay for everything. She cant hold down a full time job and work at 15 .its not even legal to work full time at that age. who will pay for the medical care ect?? But also think no one should give into preassure ,because your the only one that has to live with the sorrow and separation. of giving a baby up for adoption, but she needs to do whats best for the baby. you will know deep down whether or not you are capable or want to give all your plans for the future up, as for not been able to look after a baby. nobody does when they have their first baby, you have to go to parenting class,read books, talk to health visitors ect and ask for advise, been 15 shouldnt make a diffrence , you can still be amazing with babys or kids, if you,re heart isnt in it you wont be a good mum whether your 15 or 35,
I had my daughter at 15. You're right, I was not even legally able to have a full time job. My mom was a manager at a convenience store. She switched to night shift so she could keep my baby during the day while I went to school. She drowned when I was 16, and my paternal grandma took over childcare. My dad was my main financial support for a while at that point, until I got a job at 16, and also received survivor's benefits from my mom's social security (not the kind of income anyone wants to have, but it did help). I graduated on time, thanks to my support system. I moved out at 17 into my own house, went to college, got married, started a couple of businesses, had 4 more kids, and life is fantastic now. My daughter is 26 now and doing very well for herself.
No she’ll regret it for the rest of her life thinking what her child looks like now what it could be doing she knows when she has that tile and they put it in her arms she’s going to feel a mother’s love and she’s not gonna wanna let it go and you need to be there to support her as her mother

They should use protection they are to young to have a baby and become a mother. They need to have education and a job to raise a child. I think they should give their babies up for adoption is better than abortion. I don't believe in abortion either. They can have a another baby when they are older when they are in a serious relationship and got a job. Their alot of couples who are infertile and can't have baby naturally and they want to become good parents and they are older they got a job so they should adopted there babies because they can love and care for these innocence precious babies.
They may be two young, but think of the psychological impact of being made to give up the babies on these girls long term 😢 As a mother I would never make my child do that and would make sacrifices to ensure my child had the right to bring up their baby. Even if I had to take on the baby myself whilst my daughter was grown enough to take responsibility

Everyone's quick to pass judgment on these poor girls that get caught pregnant and quick to say they need their babies taking away, but maybe the baby will make them change their lives around and become responsible. They deserve a chance.
Best for everyone including the recovery’s who end up having to foot the bills for these kids who are having kids besides welfare queens who have litters to live off social services

@@stephaniebach__12-24 it's a piece of paper love, it's not the marriage bit that's important it's being in a stable relationship.Even that doesnt guarantee anything as sometimes having a baby can get in between people. I think it's very old fashioned and narrow minded to think marriage is essential
