I love Jonathan Ross and Ricky Gervais. I’ve been through quite a bit of hell and back here in the US and this show has definitely helped me get through I love British comedy.

Two of my favorites celebrities. Both pull the piss out of celebrity and don't have filters which makes them so important especially Ricky and how he confronts and ridicules (presenting golden globes) their behavior and narcissistic tendencies. Long may they continue their missions.

Maybe it’s because I’m not too used to British TV, but the host actually seems genuine unlike all the American Late Night TV hosts who fake laugh and follow the teleprompter like their life depended on it.

Aside from the fact that Gervais is hilarious, he truly enjoys good comedy himself even if it is his own roast. 4:11 is an example. Gervais: "I am never doing this show again." Ross: "I will hold you to that." Look at that laugh. For him, a good joke is a good joke, even if it is his own roast. Other examples are his interviews with Letterman.

They are actually friends anyway which is why they bounce off eachother so brilliantly

"Derek" thing was absolutely genius, it truly was. There is no better critique of a society than a look at how they treat the elderly.

We all know Ricky is a star. What surprised me was how well the host stood out. Great job!

Watching Ricky and Jonathan is like the conversations I have with my parents...it's like pulling teeth half the time, trying to get them to get to the point and then realising they have no idea what they're actually talking about, they just wanted to talk! These two guys are hysterical. Their comedy is subtle. I have always liked Ricky Gervais. I still think he should host the Oscars again. I loved him, and of course the intelligentsia, ha ha, couldn't take the fire. Most of them, fakes.

At my Grandmothers funeral we arrived outside the church in the limo behind the coffin and as I stepped out stood in some dog shit …. After cursing and the Priest casting me a hard stare … I then followed the coffin scraping my foot on the ground trying to get the dog crap off my shoe …. With various people standing at the side waiting to go in behind the coffin wondering what the hell I was doing ! My grandmother would have been very amused I sat through the service imagining her laughing at me. 😊
