Based on what a Heil Rep told me when I was testing out a Command SST with one of those bus cabs, they weren’t prepared much for what could happen. It’s a very fun truck to operate (if you know and master the controls well). One of its main problems is the arm was fixed on the body instead of the chassis causing leaning on the arm. There were multiple glitches in the arm because of low pressure in some lines while operating joystick commands at the same time causing spills. The grippers were not the best selection but were selected to try and get in between the cans too close together with the help of the 3rd eye camera placed in the housing where the LED is. They did tell me that the arm itself weighed less which I find hard to believe. If Heil takes a few more years and progresses with studying the components more and what makes it difficult for the operator, they could come back out and say we modified is. What I did see, they could use this body on their Durapack Rapid Rails since it has the lip extension on the hopper wall and those are prone to making a mess. It would be able to catch the trash,
