DJI Mini 4 Pro is sweet as hell little drone. If I were in the market for one that'd be my pick, but I'd also be tempted by their FPV drone because I think that'd be way more fun to fly.
The mini 4 pro is awesome I really enjoy it. That little guy is also tough. My friend accidentally stepped on it while I was preparing to take off and he was wearing his riding boots. Only the propellers were damaged. I replaced those on the spot and kept flying and filming.
It definitely is louder with the tune and the new titanium headers minus the CAT. I really like the sound now. If I removed the baffles from the Akrapovic slip on, it would be even louder. However I feel that would be too loud for my liking.
Your wish is my command. 🤣 Seriously I keep meaning to change it. Every time I make a video, I say I’ll do it next time. My next video will have a new opening slide thanks to your nudge. 😊
How do you think the mic worked out? I have the same mic, but I still need to put it in my helmet. Did you use the furry piece? How did you attach it in the helmet?
It took me a number of rides to figure out the best settings. I tried doing direct Bluetooth connect to the insta360x3 with one mic transmitter but that didn’t sound good at all. What worked for me was plugging the receiver into the insta then placing one transmitter in my helmet. It’s just laying in front of my mouth on my chin skirt with the wind puff attached. I use low cut ON, Noise Cancellation OFF and Gain turned down to -6. I like hearing some of the wind and the engine so that’s why I turn OFF Noise Cancellation. With it ON, the audio is too isolated and disconnected. With all the above said, the volume of your voice and the geometry of your helmet will most likely require some experimenting of your own. I have a NeoTec II which isn’t the quietest of helmets. I haven’t yet placed magnetic tape in my helmet to hold the mic in place. My boom mic pushes against it and holds it in place for the most part. I just need to be careful when I flip up the chin guard to keep the mic from falling on the ground. Hope the above helps.
@@Texas2Tires I saw another RU-vidr who had a modular place the magnetic square inside the right front of the cheek pad, the part of the cheek pad that faces forward when the helmet is on. The mic then snaps on and off, leaving the magnetic square inside the cheek pad fabric.
